Volunteering at a BeerFest event

BeerFest is Australia’s longest running beer festival, with the widest range of brewers. We’re proud to support and celebrate the spirit and community behind craft beer.

BeerFest is ‘more than just beer’, celebrating all the good things in life that are better with beer. Mates, live music and bands, comedy acts, masterclasses, and over 60 stallholders offering delicious eats, wines, ciders, cocktails and unique beer collaborations. BeerFest is not just for craft beer nerds rocking bushy beards. With something for everyone it’s for anyone who enjoys good vibes and a relaxed atmosphere, from families during the day to your party crew at night.

What’s Involved With Volunteering

We’re after help with people on the gates, assisting the master classes & comedy sessions and general support of the BeerFest staff. You’d generally only work a few hours during busy periods.

Perks For Volunteering

You’d be given a wristband and cup to enjoy the rest of the festival, along with entry for a friend too. Also we’d likely have some merch for you too (hats, clothing, etc). It varies between the festivals as some run longer than others.
