At Beerfest, we are a dynamic group of like-minded and passionate individuals who really love what we do! We are innovative and capable of quickly adapting to today’s everchanging event landscape.
We’re a meeting place of producers of quality craft beers, ciders and boutique spirits with an inquisitive and appreciative audience. From core favourites to exclusive new releases and collaborations, we offer a platform for the exchange of ideas, information and feedback while simultaneously delivering a unique experience and celebration of what is undoubtedly one of Australia’s favourite industries and past times.
Beerfest is more than just a Beer Festival. Each location offers a diverse range of activities, live entertainment, masterclasses, and workshops in a laid-back environment that appeals to a wide cross-section of locals and visitors from all walks of life.

Stall Space Prices
Stall pricing is dependent on the desired stall space size you’d like to use. These prices are inclusive of GST.
Freo prices are:
- Food Space – $1800
- Dessert/ Coffee – $750
- Alcohol 3×3 – $3000
- Alcohol 4.5 x 4.5 – $4000
- Alcohol 6×3 – $4900
- Alcohol 9×3 – $6900
- Custom larger options and sponsorships are also available
- Note there is no additional commissions – all takings at the event are yours
We can optionally supply marquees for alcohol stalls (3×3, 4.5 x 4.5, 6×3, 9×3 sizes). These are included in the site fee (you’re welcome to place your own branded marquee in front of our supplied one.

Note: There are no commissions with BeerFest festivals, you handle taking payments yourself, so your takings are yours. So you’re welcome to take cash/ card.

FAQ’S
Are there additional costs? Does the site fee cover everything?
The site fee covers everything to attend the event, your takings from the event are yours.
There may be permits you may need to apply for with relevant councils that may include processing fees.
What’s the process for registering a stall at a BeerFest festival?
The general process is:
- Submit a stall EOI for the festival(s) you’re interested in
- If approved, you’ll be sent an invite link to register
- Complete the registration form (which includes paying a deposit for your stall)
- You’re now registered and will be included in stall update emails for the festival. This may allow you to choose your preferred stall location on site (only if you register early enough).
Are BeerFest festivals cashless?
We leave it up to you on how to handle payments at your stall space.
So you can take cash payments and/ or use point of sales systems.
Remember, there are no commissions at BeerFest festivals – you keep your own takings.
What does the stall fee include?

How do I secure a great spot for my stall?
Stalls choose their locations based on how early the register on a first come first served basis. So registering early will ensure you’ve got the widest range of possible locations.
How can my business more involved with a festival?
We have numerous sponsorship options available, typically a stall is included in sponsorship making this an attractive option for some. Please contact us for more information.
We also host master class sessions at the festivals. These are 20-40min sessions that might be a subject you’d like to talk about, e.g., “chocolate & beer pairings” or “canning beer – pros & cons.”
How can I get a sense of what a BeerFest festival might look like?
Our facebook page has many photos from all of our festivals over the years. Perhaps a good starting point might be either Fremantle BeerFest 2022 or our NYE at Royal Park Launceston album.
STALL INCLUSIONS
Your stall fee covers:
- Your space on site
- Promotion via social media platforms, edms and festival website
- Marquee (Alcohol stalls only*)
- Power
- Spot Light for official festival marquees
- Trestle table and chair (if requested)
- Staff passes as required (additional passes can be purchased with the friends and family discount)
NOT INCLUDED
Your stall fee doesn’t include:
- Point of sale system
- Additional furniture (this can be arranged with our preferred infrastructure and furniture providers for the particular site location)
- Signage for your stall/ vehicle
- Stand décor or set up/pack down
- Tap systems (these can be arranged with our preferred bar equipment provider for the particular site location)
- Jugs
- handwashing facilities (generally a 5L water container and hand soap)

- Ice (can be purchased or is provided on site at most locations)
- Parking (dependent on the location of the site)
