After a massive 2021, we’re set to deliver an even bigger and better sensory experience, for 2022.

Your stall fee covers:

- Marquee (Alcohol stall only*)

- Hand sanitizer
- Acceptance and storage of stock in a refrigerated storage container (forklift and driver on site)
- One 5L cask of water (if requested)
- Hand sanitiser (if requested)
- Trestle table and chair (if requested)
- 8 staff passes (additional passes can be purchased with the friends and family discount)

STALL BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CANCELLATION & POSTPONEMENT
We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may no longer be able to participate at the festival. If this is the case, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can offer the space to someone else and make the necessary logistical changes on site.
If you advise of your cancellation at least 30 days in advance, you will receive a full refund for your site fee. If cancellation occurs after that point, you will be refunded 50% of your fee.
Event Postponement
If an event is postponed, for any reason, all site fees will be automatically transferred to the new event date(s).
Event Cancellation
If an event is cancelled, you will be given the opportunity for a full refund or transfer of your funds to another Beerfest location.
